CWT expands in Singapore
Singapore logistics company CWT Ltd. said it will further expand by opening a new bonded logistics facility in Yangshan, China.
CWT has secured 256,000 square feet located within the Yangshan Free Port for the development of a logistics facility.
Yangshan Free Port integrates the bonded zone, export-processing zone with the bonded logistics facilities to form large free trade areas for transshipment, distribution, processing and procurement.
As a free port, it allows corporations to suspend import duty and taxes until the goods are removed from the free port into the domestic market.
