In February the company founded a 50-50 joint venture with AFL, a logistics company in India, and in March, Dachser took over AFT International, AFL's representative in North America. AFT is a specialist on the India/U.S. trade lanes, Dachser said in a statement.
In the United States, AFT operates branches in New York and San Francisco, while AFL Dachser has 30 locations in India. From April 1, AFT will operate under the name Dachser Transport of America Inc.
