Freightwave does everything it can to cast a bad light on the union with regards to YRC I was there I lived it the first 15% cut ment you had to work 50 hours to get a 40 hour check the pension cut was never made up .that was a lifetime cut I now receive 700.00 less on my pension because of YRC mismanagement…they acquired new Penn and dismantled that ..the most profitable carrier on the east coast…
