Nicholas Kyrzakos, currently global chief financial officer, has been named chief executive officer for the East Europe region. Current Europe Chief Executive Officer Flemming Frost will become CEO of the West Europe region.
“The complexity of the European markets is large and diverse and in order to be successful in these markets there is a need to work with quite different strategies between the more mature and the growth markets,” said Damco CEO Rolf Habben-Jansen, in a statement.
Damco is a subsidiary of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.
