DANZAS BUYS STAKE IN FINNISH LOGISTICS FIRM    Danzas has acquired a 49-percent interest in the Finnish logistics provider Kelpo Kuljetus Fi Oy from Finland Post Ltd.
   Based in Helsinki, the Finnish logistics provider will complement the operations of Danzas subsidiary ASG, the Danzas group said.
   Kelpo Kuljetus Fi Oy, founded by Finland Post in March 1999, provides national transport of part-load and groupage traffic as well as parcels. It has annual sales of around 50 million euro (about $50 million) and 860 employees.
   Danzas is part of the fast-growing Deutsche Post group, which acquired Air Express International, ASG, Nedlloyd’s transport and distribution arm and numerous other companies in the last two years.
