Dascher buys stake in Spanish logistics company
Logistics company Dascher said Friday it has acquired a 10 percent stake in Spanish logistics and trucking company Azkar.
The two companies have had service arrangements since 2006, Dascher said in a statement, with Azkar providing consolidation and contract logistics services on the Iberian peninsular. Azkar was founded in 1933 and has 73 branches in Spain and Portugal.
Financial terms of the deal were not released.
