DAT: Truck rates mostly holding steady at April’s end

   Van spot rates were down by 1.5 percent for the last week of April to $2.03 per mile, while flatbed and reefer rates both showed no change from the previous week at $2.35 and $2.28, respectively, after seeing significant increases in March.
