DATA TRAK ACQUIRES ASSETS FROM E-STAMP
Data Trak Technologies of California, Inc. has acquired shipping and logistics assets of E-Stamp Corp., including the DigitalShipper customer base, service and maintenance agreements; the DigitalShipper Enterprise name, and the digitalshipper.com Internet domain name.
Data Trak will also be hiring E-Stamp's sales, support and service staff.
The St. Paul, Minn.-based Data Trak Technologies is a reseller of TMS solutions.
