DCL announces management changes

DCL ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES    'Direct Container Line, a Carson, Calif.-based non-vessel-operating common carrier, has made several changes to its management this week.
   'Pascal Coustar was named chief financial officer of DCL. Prior to this appointment, Coustar was chief financial officer for SCAC Delmas Vieljeux Corp. USA., a French company.
   'Sergio Palad was appointed controller of DCL. He also has extensive experience in transportation and logistics industry.
   'DCL appointed Chris Ringwald to general manager of DCL eastern region. He will be based at DCL’s Carteret, N.J. facility. Since he joined DCL in 1990, Ringwald has held positions in sales, operations, documentation, customer service and most recently as general manager of full container load services.
   'To support the development of DCL’s growing imports program, the company has named two new regional managers for this products.
   'Robert Braun, based in Itasca, Ill., has been appointed director of import sales for DCL, and Troy Creamer has been named general manager of import services for DCL.
