Dedicated Logistics has appointed Craig Cullinan as vice president of business development and Bob Dillingham as director of business development.
Cullinan was vice president of sales and marketing for ShipLogix, a transportation management software provider.
Dillingham has held business development positions at UPS Logistics Group, Penske Logistics and FedEx Supply Chain Services.
