DeFilippo appointed ITC’s investigations head

DeFilippo appointed ITC’s investigations head    The U.S. International Trade Commission has named Catherine B. DeFilippo to director of its Office of Investigations.
   DeFilippo will direct planning and conduct the ITC’s import injury investigations under the 1930 Tariff Act’s antidumping and countervailing duty provisions, the 1974 Trade Act’s global and China safeguard provisions, and other import injury statutes.
   She previously served as chief of the Applied Economics Division in the ITC’s Office of Economics since 2001. DeFilippo joined the ITC in 1986.
