Delmas, which specializes in the West African trade, said the Russian agent will provide cross-trade services for cargoes moving to and from Russia. Cargoes will be transshipped via the ports of Hamburg and Antwerp on the North Europe/West Africa vessels of Delmas.
Delmas has also recently appointed agents in Riga, Tallinn, Klaipeda and Prague.
