DELMAS/OT AFRICA LINE SELECT QIVA
Delmas and OT Africa Line have selected Qiva's IQship to enhance the quality of service they provide to customers worldwide.
Qiva's global transport management application will enable Delmas and OTAL to integrate and automate internal processes.
Delmas said 'the application will allow our companies to increase efficiency within our customer service departments so that Delmas and OTAL can assume a more proactive role in working with clients.'
Delmas and OTAL plans deploy the application to 1,200 users throughout the company's corporate offices and agency networks in Europe, Africa and Asia.
