Descartes buys RouteView Technologies
Canadian logistics software firm Descartes Systems Group has acquired privately held Burnsville, Minn.-based RouteView Technologies Inc. for about $3 million in cash.
The price could rise by another $500,000 if RouteView meets certain sales targets after acquisition.
RouteView provides map-based routing software combining wireless/GPS and automated call-out technology for small- and medium-sized organizations to manage their delivery operations.
