DEUTSCHE POST CANCELS PLAN TO BUY TRANS-O-FLEX
Deutsche Post, the fast-growing postal service and logistics group, has
canceled its plan to acquire Trans-o-Flex, a German express operator.
Deutsche Post informed the European Commission of the change a few days
before the European Commission issued a statement that would have
criticized the deal for competition reasons.
