DHL awards GSA for Morocco/Europe service
DHL Aviation said Thursday it has awarded a cargo GSA contract to EFIS Morocco to market capacity on its Boeing 757 freighter services to Paris and Leipzig.
The service operates every weekday from Casablanca with 25,000 kilograms of capacity.
EFIS Morocco, part of the European Cargo Services group, took over the contract on Oct. 1 and aims to generate approximately 120 tons of general cargo a month for DHL Aviation.
'There is a very healthy export market from Morocco for perishables, automotive parts, electronics, textiles and handicrafts,' said Pierre Fougerousse, manager of EFIS Morocco.
