The brand new facility, which covers roughly 578,000 feet, serves as the hub for Campbell’s distribution in the south.
In early 2018, the facility will begin distributing Pepperidge Farm cookies and snacks.
“Fort Worth’s proximity to major rail and truck transportation hubs will provide a boost in customer responsiveness for Campbell’s,” DHL said.
Looking ahead, Campbell’s has plans to test e-commerce capabilities at its Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. facility, a facility that was the company’s first partnership with DHL Supply Chain.
