DHL expands Bali gateway
DHL Express has completed the expansion of its gateway at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali, which now houses sales, service, warehousing and administration functions under one roof.
The enlarged facility comprises 288 square meters of warehousing space and 180 square meters for office and administrative activities. PT Birotika Semesta has carried out DHL’s operations in Indonesia since 1982.
“The expanded Denpasar Gateway will allow us to considerably improve our customer service in terms of offering later cut-off times for outbound shipments as well as shipments from walk-in customers,” said David Ng, senior technical advisor for PT Birotika Semesta/DHL Express.
