DHL expands in Columbus, Ohio
DHL has expanded operations in the Columbus, Ohio, area by opening a new service center that doubles the size of its existing operation.
The $2.1 million service center facility in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, occupies 54,000 square feet and replaces a 5,500-square-foot facility 45 miles east of Columbus and a 20,000-square-foot facility near Port Columbus International Airport.
Shipments that flow in and out of the new service center are routed directly through DHL’s principal air and ground hub in Wilmington, Ohio, one hour by road from Columbus.
DHL will continue to maintain another 50,000-square-foot service center located in western Columbus.
