DHL introduces new shipping software    DHL said Tuesday it is offering a new shipping software for small and medium-sized businesses that can be installed on a personal computer and produce all the documentation needed for the entire shipping process.
   EasyShip Professional is for companies that prefer to use their own computer hardware offline rather than going on the Internet to access DHL servers.
   DHL EasyShip Professional automates the entire shipping process from printing waybills to tracking shipments and management reporting. The system contains specialized programs, or utilities, to give users specific kinds of information. For example, it provides batch integration via data import/export utilities and real-time integration through the DHL DB Connect utility.
   'We partnered with our customers in development of this product to meet their critical shipping needs through a platform that provides seamless access to a full suite of DHL domestic and international products and services,' said Michael Heilman, vice president of eCommerce for DHL.
