DHL picks California site for West Coast hub    DHL, a provider of express delivery and logistics services, will lease and develop a new center in Riverside, Calif., for its West Coast air-and-ground distribution operations.
   DHL will spend $65 million on the facility, which will provide 'an expanded footprint for one-day ground delivery services across California and into Nevada, including Las Vegas, as well as Arizona, including Phoenix,' DHL said in a statement.
   The Riverside hub 'is the latest element of our $1.2 billion investment program to expand DHL's North American service network,' said Fred Beljaars, executive vice president for operations, DHL Americas.
   DHL has operations in 220 countries and employs 160,000. Founded in San Francisco in 1969, DHL is owned by Deutsche Post World Net.
