The facility is located about 10 minutes from the dock areas and the Kahului airport. The freight forwarder, which has extensive operations throughout Hawaii and Guam, said the terminal is equipped to handle all types and sizes of freight, from heavy, oversized cargo to full containerloads and small packages.
“What sets us apart from our competitors is that we control each shipment from the point of origin until it is delivered to the consignee on Maui,” said Tim Forkner, DHX’s Hawaii regional manager, in a statement.
