DRAGONAIR EXPANDS EUROPEAN AIR-CARGO OPERATIONS    Dragonair has expanded its air cargo operations in Eastern Europe and Turkey with the appointment of two new cargo sales agents.
   Skylions was named the Hong Kong-based airline’s exclusive sales agent for Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. AirMark will serve as exclusive sales agent for Dragonair in Turkey.
   “These new appointments expand and strengthen our European coverage at a time when we are seeing continued growth,” said Gerard Bruggen, Dragonair manager of cargo sales and services in Europe.
   Dragonair began all-cargo services to Europe in 2000, and operates six flights a week to Amsterdam and Manchester from Hong Kong via Dubai. With the new agent appointments, Dragonair’s cargo sales network spans 19 European countries.
