EC REQUESTS COMMENTS ON DFDS PURCHASE OF DAN TRANSPORT
The European Commission has invited industry comments on the
proposed acquisition by DFDS, the Danish short-sea shipping line, of the Danish freight
forwarder Dan Transport.
Comments must be submitted to the EC’s competition directorate by July
2.
