ECONOCARIBE STARTS SERVICE TO FREEPORT AND VITORIA    Econocaribe Consolidators, a Miami-based neutral non-vessel-operating common carrier, has started less-than-containerload service to Freeport, Bahamas and Vitoria, Brazil.
   “Our business to Nassau has been consistently rising and people are asking for an alternative in shipping their goods into Freeport,” said Diana Kirkcaldy, Econocaribe’s sales liaison for the Bahamas.
   While Vitoria is the NVO’s newest Brazilian port of call, the company already offers regular consolidation service to Brazil’s Paranagua, Itajai, Sao Francisco do Sul, Rio Grande, Santos and Rio de Janeiro.
   Econocaribe also provides full-containerload and air consolidation services to these destinations.
