The ELAA was due to give details of its alternative model Friday. “The ELAA’s continuing review of its Revised Proposal to be presented to the European Commission will not be completed by this date,” the ELAA said.
The ELAA recently came under fire from the European Shippers’ Council, who claimed that the ELAA has been sidestepping it and discussing the proposal directly to individual shippers.
