Eller establishes new Florida subsidiary

Eller establishes new Florida subsidiary    The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based terminal operating company Eller & Company Inc. has established a new subsidiary, Eller Maritime Services, LLC, that will be responsible for all the company’s stevedoring, marine terminal and agency activities in Florida’s Port Everglades, Tampa, and Port Canaveral.
   Norman Spencer is senior vice president of the new subsidiary. He previously served as senior vice president of operations for the parent company.
   Eller also said Patricia F. Seiler has been named vice president of finance for the new subsidiary, and Stephen F. Healy will serve as vice president of stevedoring operations. Seiler has been with the parent company for 22 years and was the controller, while Healy was assistant vice president at Port Everglades.
   Eller operates in Miami as Eller-ITO, LLC and in Miami as Port of Miami Terminal Operating Company, LLC (POMTOC).
