Effective July 15, the U.S.-dollar surcharge will be $44 per TEU and $88 per FEU. The euro-denominated charge will be 33 euros per TEU and 66 euros per FEU.
“The port situation will be kept under review and the surcharge will be withdrawn when the port returns to normal working conditions,” the conference said in a statement.
Carriers in the ESPMC-WITASS conference are CMA CGM, Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV), Hamburg Sud, Hapag-Lloyd and “K” Line.
