Eurinpro developing warehouses in Italy

Eurinpro developing warehouses in Italy    Eurinpro, an international developer of customized warehouse and distribution facilities, said Monday it will develop new warehouse facilities in Anagni, Italy for Silvano Chiapparoli Logistica SpA and UniEuro SpA.
   Chiapparoli provides distribution services in Italy to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries while UniEuro serves the consumer electronics market.
   Luxembourg-based Eurinpro will develop four warehouses covering a total 538,000 square feet with two each for both customers. The projects will be developed on a 1.1 million-square-foot site purchased by Eurinpro. The site is about 40 miles from Rome, and is three miles from the main road artery linking Milan and Naples.
   Eurinpro said UniEuro and Chiapparoli will occupy their facilities in May and July, respectively.
