EURTEAM selects INTTRA
A new five-strong alliance of European freight forwarders that specialize in serving the chemical industry has selected ocean freight Web portal INTTRA to standardize electronic booking, shipping instructions, bills of lading and track-and-trace information via its own EURTEAM portal.
The five founders of EURTEAM are Spain's Asta Logistik Grupo, Daher from France, Germany's Leschaco, the Warrant Group from the United Kingdom and Italy's U.Del Corona Scardigli.
Leschaco and the Warrant Group have used the INTTRA-Link (EDI) connection for the last few years.
'EURTEAM customers will have the benefit of access to the combined strength of our specialized local services across Europe and the efficiency of standardized electronic connectivity to their major ocean carriers,' said Ian Jones, the Warrant Group's operations director.
