EVERGREEN EXTENDS ASIA/MEDITERRANEAN SERVICE
Taiwan-based Evergreen Marine Corp. is adding direct calls at Ningbo, Xiamen and Ishigaki Island to its weekly Asia/Mediterranean “FEM” service.
The revised port rotation will commence with the sailing of the “LT Guard” from Ningbo on Nov. 14.
The “FEM” service uses eight vessels averaging 2,884 TEUs and calls at Ningbo, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Tanjung Pelepas, Colombo, Taranto, Genoa, Fos, Barcelona, Valencia, Taranto, Port Said, Jeddah, Colombo, Port Kelang, Tanjung Pelepas, Kaohsiung, Ishigaki Island, Ningbo, Xiamen and Hong Kong.
Evergreen subsidiary Lloyd Triestino and Zim both have space on the “FEM” service.
