Evergreen raises Europe-to-Asia rates
Evergreen Line said Wednesday it will raise rates $100 per container on eastbound services between Europe and the Mediterranean to the Far East, including Japan and Australia, and the Indian Subcontinent.
The company said the general rate restoration program was needed to maintain reliable service and would go into effect Dec. 1. The increase applies to all cargo and commodities, including reefers and special equipment.
