EVERGREEN RESUMES VENEZUELA CALLS OF CARIBBEAN SERVICE
Evergreen Line has resumed a weekly service from Miami and Caribbean ports to La Guaira that had been suspended because of mudslides in Venezuela.
The “Green Breeze,” voyage 122-088S, called at the port on Jan. 26 as part of Evergreen’s Caribbean Sea Regional Service South “CAS” service route.
Other ports of call on this service are Colon, Panama; Cartagena and Barranquilla, Colombia; Puerto Cabello, Venezuela; Miami, Fla.; and Rio Haina, Dominican Republic.
Other shipping lines had also discontinued their La Guaira services because of the Venezuelan port’s problems.
