EVERGREEN SETS UP AGENCY OPERATIONS IN NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM    Evergreen will establish its own agency network in the Netherlands and Belgium, ending a 22-year relationship with the Broekman Group.
   Broekman has represented Evergreen in the Netherlands through subsidiary Rotterdam Freight Agencies, and in Belgium through Antwerp Freight Agencies.
   Evergreen Netherlands BV takes over activities for Rotterdam Freight Agencies and the company has established Evergreen Belgium Shipping Agency in Antwerp.
   James Wey has been named president of Evergreen Netherlands BV, based in Rotterdam. Jacqueline van de Wetering, formerly with RFA, will oversee sales activities. Bruno Cortois of AFA will head the Antwerp office, and has been named executive vice president of Evergreen Belgium Shipping Agency.
