Evergreen upgrades online reporting services
Taiwan's Evergreen Group said today it has enhanced its 'e-Report' online services making it easier for customers to manage and track shipments.
Evergreen’s has upgraded the following on its ShipmentLink Web site (htpp://www.shipmentlink.com):
* Event Notification, which provides e-mail notification when shipment activities occur, has been improved to give e-mail notifications on the status of an individual bill of lading specified by the customer.
* The Tracking Report can now provide customized reports in Microsoft Excel format as well as PDF format, accessed online or on a weekly or monthly subscription basis.
* Shipment Statistics are now available as either a customized PDF file summary or as a detailed Excel sheet report allowing customers to manage shipments by country of receipt and/or delivery, period of receipt/delivery or export/import vessel. The report also allows customers to choose from 26 data elements to tailor a customized report. The latest categories include purchase order number, seal number on bill of lading, shipper name, consignee name and local document number.
