Ex-Im Bank underwrites PIA’s purchase of Boeing 777 planes
The U.S. Export-Import Bank has agreed to underwrite the purchase of three Boeing 777 jets for Pakistan International Airlines.
The Ex-Im Bank will also support PIA’s purchase of spare General Electric engines, and has agreed in principle to support the airline with buying five additional Boeing planes.
