Executive Moves: A.P. Møller-Maersk, ShipMoney, CRST International and IACSC

A.P. Møller-Maersk appoints members to executive board; ShipMoney selects head of the company’s Scandinavian operations; CRST International names president of CRST’s Logistics Inc.; and the IACSC elects new officers and board members.    The board of Danish shipping conglomerate A.P. Møller – Maersk A/S has appointed the company’s chief operating officer, chief commercial officer and APM Terminals’ CEO to the executive board.   
   Effective Dec. 1, the executive board of A.P. Møller – Maersk A/S is adding:
     • Søren Toft, executive vice president and chief operating officer;
     • Vincent Clerc, executive vice president and chief commercial officer;
     • And Morten Engelstoft, executive vice president and chief executive officer of APM Terminals.

   ShipMoney, a comprehensive maritime payment company, has selected Randi Søvik Blidensol to head up the company’s Scandinavian operations. Blidensol has over 15 years of international management experience in the maritime and technology sectors. During the past 10 years, she has worked in the innovation, technology and product sectors within the maritime industry. She has held management positions with Wilhelmsen Group in Norway and later Inchcape Shipping Services in the United Kingdom.

   CRST International Inc. has named Kimberly Maes president of CRST’s Logistics Inc. Maes, who brings 20 years of transportation leadership experience to CRST, most recently served as president of Swift Logistics LLC. She has held progressive roles in several leadership capacities, including global logistics, network planning and finance for Schneider National Inc. and Gateway Inc. She began her career as an auditor for KPMG, gaining 10 years of experience in audit accounting for various organizations and industries.

   The International Association for Cold Storage Construction (IACSC) has elected Tim Nguyen of ESI Group to serve as the 2017-2019 chairman. Vince Free of SubZero Constructors, Inc. was elected to serve as vice chairman and Marko Dzeletovich of Coldbox Builders was named treasurer.
   Board members elected to three-year terms include Eric Brown of ALTA Refrigeration, Gary O’Donnell of United Insulated Structures, and Mike Jones of Primus Design Services; and board members re-elected to three-year terms include Steve Mauro of Kingspan Insulated Panels and Charles Woolley of Coldroom Systems.
