Executive Moves: CPG, Cargo iQ and Transervice Logistics

The ContainerPort Group, Inc. appoints senior vice president-Midwest, Cargo iQ names chairman of its membership board, and Transervice Logistics, Inc. appoints director of sales, Midwest.

The ContainerPort Group, Inc. appointed senior vice president-Midwest, Cargo iQ named chairman of its membership board, and Transervice Logistics, Inc. appointed director of sales, Midwest.

   The ContainerPort Group, Inc. (CPG) appointed James Kramer as senior vice president-Midwest. Kramer, a CPG veteran for over 36 years, has previously taken on assignments in both operations and sales at several terminal locations with heavy responsibility on the commercial business.

   Cargo iQ, an International Air Transport Association interest group, has named Henk Venema the new chairman of the Cargo iQ membership board, taking over from Max Sauberschwarz, vice president and global head of carrier and gateway air logistics at Kuehne + Nagel, who chaired the group from 2013. Venema, who is senior vice president and global head of network carrier management at DHL Global Forwarding, has over 15 years of experience in air cargo.
   Sauberschwarz will continue to serve on the board, while Kester Meijer, director of operational integrity, compliance & safety at ISCM, Air France KLM Cargo, will continue to support the group as its vice chairman.

   Transervice Logistics, Inc. has appointed David Wilke director of sales, Midwest. Wilke previously served as director of operations for Compass Lease, LLC in Burr Ridge, Ill.; general manager of the new Compass Truck Rental division; and rental account manager with Ryder System, Inc.
