Lineage Logistics hires chief financial officer, OmniTRAX names president of OmniTRAX Energy Solutions and Ervin appoints executive vice president of sales.

   Lineage Logistics, an Irvine, Calif.-based international warehousing and logistics company backed by Bay Grove Capital, LLC, hired Matthew Hardt as chief financial officer. Hardt was most recently executive vice president and chief financial officer at Cooper Standard Automotive. Prior to joining Cooper Standard, he served as chief financial officer for multi-billion dollar global business units within TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics) and the General Electric Company.
  
   Denver-based OmniTRAX, one of the largest privately held railroad and transportation management companies in North America and an affiliate of The Broe Group., named Pierre-Luc Mathieu president of OmniTRAX Energy Solutions. Mathieu previously served as chief strategy officer for OmniTRAX. Before joining OmniTRAX, he spent nine years in various roles at Brambles Ltd., and he has also held several strategy and manufacturing roles with Le Groupe Michelin in Canada and the United States.
  
   Ervin, a Toledo, Ill.-based supplier and remarketer of pre-owned and new semi-trailers, appointed Chad Strader as executive vice president of sales. Strader, who joined Ervin in 2007, has over 29 years of sales and sales management experience.
