FAA schedules air noise hearings The Federal Aviation Administration said it has scheduled two hearings for June 27-28 on proposed changes in regional airspace around Philadelphia International Airport.
   The hearings were announced after complaints by the New Jersey congressional delegation that state residents were not being given an opportunity to comment on plans to reroute planes approaching and leaving Philadelphia International, which some fear will raise noise in their neighborhoods.
   The hearings will be held June 27 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill, N.J.; and June 28 at the Hilton Hotel in Woodcliff Lake. Both hearings are scheduled for 6:30-9 p.m.
   One proposal that has been made by opponents is to reroute cargo flights to other airports.
