FAMOUS PACIFIC APPOINTS AGENTS IN SPAIN, PORTUGAL    Famous Pacific Shipping, the Asian-based freight services provider and non-vessel-operating common carrier, has appointed new agents in Spain and Portugal, consolidating its representation in the Iberian Peninsula.
   Integral Transport Services SA is the new agent in Spain, and Transped Transitos E. Navegacao Lda, a freight forwarder with offices in Oporto and Lisbon, is the agent in Portugal.
   'We feel we are now better placed to expand our business in the Spanish and Portuguese markets,' said Benny Ling, chairman of the Famous Pacific Shipping group.
   While well established in the Asian markets, FPS is expanding its global presence, recently appointing partners in Cyprus, Germany, Ghana, Madagascar, Norway, Peru, Switzerland and Turkey.
