FARRELL LINES NAMES NORTH AMERICAN MANAGERS

   Farrell Lines Inc. has made several senior-level appointments at its New
York-based North American operations.
   Charles W. Boyle has been named director, strategic marketing for the
Mediterranean division.
   James P. Cassidy will move from Farrell Lines’ Mediterranean
headquarters to New York to serve as director, North America sales.
   James Madden has been named director of preference cargo. This expands
Madden’s role responsibilities for the Commonwealth of Independent States
to include U.S. government-sponsored cargoes.
