Now based in Dayton, with operations in Garden Grove, Calif., and Vandalia, Ohio, Iwata expects to begin construction this fall on the Fairfield office, manufacturing and distribution center.
The firm, which makes and distributes metal fastening products for the automotive and consumer products industries, expects to eventually consolidate the Garden Grove and Vandalia operations to the new Ohio facility.
