FCBF cuts dues for membership drive
The Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association is cutting its membership dues by 20 percent for forwarders, brokers and ocean transportation intermediaries through the month of January as part of a 2007 membership drive.
The association said Tuesday that annual dues for regular members will be $199, down from $250, while associate members can join for $299, down from $350.
The reduced fees are intended to benefit not only existing and prospective South Florida members, but to provide a benefit for the new members in districts just created for Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
