FCBF presenting credit seminar
The Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF) will present an education seminar on managing credit and collection risks on Wednesday, October 25 at the Miami Free Zone.
The seminar will cover the dos and don't of establishing correspondent relationships in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a number of other points on extending credit in the international trade arena.
The instructors are Michael David, managing director of Allied National, and Temis Lozano, managing director of Credexim.
The seminar runs from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Free Zone is located at 2305 N.W. 107th Avenue in Miami. The cost is $45 for FCBF members, $65 for nonmembers. To register, go to www.fcbf.com.
