FCBF rule changes pave way for expansion    The Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF) board of directors has completed a change in its by-laws to create regions for Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, opening the way for an expansion beyond the group's traditional South Florida base.
   FCBF president Karma Ruiz said that with the changes in place, she and board member Greg Kritz of Roanoke Trade Services ' who helped promote the expansion effort in other parts of the state ' as well as legal counsel Lenny Feldman of the firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg would be traveling to meet with prospective members in the three new regions.
   In conjunction with the expansion, Ruiz said, the FCBF will be offering steep discounts in its membership fees statewide to help encourage more companies to participate in the association.
