The workshop will cover specifics of the EPA's 'non-road enforcement program,' including the proper way to complete EPA Form 3520-21.
The featured speaker is Mark Siegler, senior technical advisor for the EPA's Mobile Source Enforcement Branch.
The workshop will be held at the Miami Airport Hilton, 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami, from 9 a.m. until noon. Registration begins at 8:30.
