FCBF seminar suggests preventive practices The Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF) is offering a half-day seminar December 13 that will provide advice on how brokers and forwarders can avoid potential problems before they happen.
   The Wednesday seminar, 'An Insiders Look at How OTIs, Forwarders & Brokers Put Themselves in Financial Peril,' will be offered from 9 a.m. until noon at the Miami Free Zone building.
   The session will be moderated by Greg Kritz, the regional vice president for Roanoke Trade, the international insurance broker. Attorneys Andrew Spector and James Campise will give presentations.
   The Free Zone is at 2705 N.W. 107th Avenue in Doral. The seminar costs $45 for members and $65 for nonmembers.
