The seminar will be presented by Steve Horton, principal of Miami-based Horton Global Strategies. The 9:30 a.m.-to-noon seminar is the second time the FCBF has brought Horton in to give members tips on service contract negotiations. Horton was a pricing director for major international ocean carriers before starting his company.
