FCS’s Import2000 service ready for ACE truck manifest    Flagship Customs Services said Monday its Import2000 system will now offer an interface with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Automated Commercial Environment truck manifest system.
   The FCS program ensures compliance with the ACE truck manifest and offers filers a wide variety of automated connectivity.
   FCS also plans to further enhance Import2000’s cross border capability with a fully certified link to the Canadian Border Service Agency’s ACI (Air and Ocean) system, when ACI expands to include cross border truck shipments later this year, said Robert Foley, president of the Silver Spring, Md.-based firm.
